All about the Repell-em garbage bags and tablecloths

Archive for the 'Bug-free picnics' Category

I will admit that I was skeptical when I first heard about Repell-em products.  After all, I lived out in the country and the insects and animals were just something I had to live with, right?  You set your trash outside too early, the animals tear it apart.  You put some fruit in a bowl, and the gnats go nuts.

But I learned after just a few days that Repell-em products really did what they claimed they’d do.  Ever since I started to use them, I’ve not had to crawl around in my yard, picking up garbage that had been scattered by raccoons and possums, neighbor’s dogs and my own cats.  I haven’t had to use any kind of vegetable or flower spray or dust; a little strip of Repell-em kept all the bugs away from my garden and my roses.  When we eat out on the deck, we are not troubled by flies or bees or gnats, because the pretty red Repell-em tablecloth keeps away all the pests.

I can recommend Repell-em products to all of you because I tried them myself.  I now use them exclusively.

You should, too.

The safety of our children is one of the most important things in our lives.  We would move mountains if that’s what it took to keep our children safe.

Repell-em products want to help you keep your children safe, too.  That’s why they are made with 100% natural ingredients, and are completely harmless to all living things.  Peppermint, citronella, rosemary, cloves, lemons, geraniums, apples. . . these yummy or good-smelling things are all Repell-em ingredients.  Amazingly, the combination creates an aroma that insects and animals simply can not bear!  Even more amazing?  Repell-em products smell so good, your guests will think you’ve got an expensive candle in the house!

Repell-em tablecloths guarantee that no insect will come near your child at the table or near it.  Repell-em trashbags guarantee that no insect or animal will come near your child at a picnic site or the back yard.  Little strips of Repell-em around your child’s wrist and ankle ensure that no chiggers or mosquitoes or ticks will annoy or hurt your child.

Because Repell-em products are completely harmless - they won’t even hurt the bugs; they just repel them! - you don’t have to worry about insect repellent poisons, etc.  Repell-em products contain no poison, not in any way, shape, or form.  Just those harmless, natural ingredients that are perfectly safe, and that help you keep your child safe, too.

Today is Labor Day, but insects and other pests do not take holidays.  In fact, holidays are fantastic times to use Repell-em products, because on holidays there are always more people and more food and more, well, garbage.

Many people like to picnic on Labor Day, and what is a picnic without bees, ants, flies, and gnats?  Put a Repell-em tablecloth on the picnic table and put a Repell-em trash bag in the wastebasket and you’ll not see any of the usual picnic pests.

Won’t it be wonderful not to have to brush the bugs off your slice of watermelon before you eat it?

You don’t have to worry about the ingredients in Repell-em, either.  There is nothing in a Repell-em product that is in any way harmful to a human being.  Repell-em products are made of 100% natural ingredients.

So put a Repell-em tablecloth on your picnic table and a Repell-em trash bag in the garbage can and you’ll be all set to have a bug-free, pest-free Labor Day picnic.

Try not to eat too much.  You’ve got a volleyball game in a few minutes.  :)

The long Labor Day weekend is fast approaching, and Labor Day has long been a time to have the traditional family picnic!

So, pack up the fried chicken and potato salad, throw a baseball and bat in the back of the van, and be sure to have extra shoes and socks for the kids, especially if you’re going to be near water.

One more important picnic supply would be the Repell-em trash bags and tablecloths; don’t forget those, for heaven’s sake, or your picnic will be overcome by mosquitoes, flies, and gnats, not to even mention the possums, raccoons, and stray dogs.

With Repell-em at your picnic, you’ll be able to concentrate on the food and the company, and not have to worry about being annoyed and bitten.  Don’t worry about the ingredients in Repell-em harming your kids or contaminating your food, either; Repell-em products are made of 100 natural ingredients and are absolutely harmless to people.

We went on a picnic today.  Ordinarily my husband doesn’t care for picnics, because he can’t stand the bugs.  Now that we have Repell-em tablecloths, though, that concern is gone and we’ve actually gone on several really fun picnics this summer.

A Repell-em tablecloth not only keeps the flying bugs, like mosquitoes and gnats, away from you and from your food, it also keeps the ants and other crawling insects away.  A picnic without ants!  Can you imagine?

Well, if you have a Repell-em tablecloth on your picnic table, you don’t have to imagine.  You’ll see for yourself.

Don’t worry about the ingredients in the Repell-em tablecloth harming your skin or your food, either.  Repell-em products are made of 100% natural ingredients, all of which are absolutely harmless.

I’ve had guests these past few days and we have been able to sit outside in absolute comfort.  We were not annoyed by pesky flies, or stinging mosquitoes, or chiggers.  We came inside not because we were driven by hordes of bugs, but because we wanted to.

Thanks to Repell-em, it’s comfortable in our yard now.  And back in the garden, all the vegetables are healthy

I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful it is to be able to enjoy the outdoors like we are this summer.    With Repell-em, the outdoors is almost as safe as the indoors!  No bugs and no animals to bother you,  and nothing but a breeze, some sunshine, a lawn chair, and some lemonade.

No bugs.  Not even a trace.  Thank you, Repell-em.

I’ve been sitting out on the deck most of this afternoon, reading and watching the deer walk past my garden as if they couldn’t even see it.

The fact is, they can’t.  My garden is covered with Repell-em strips, and not only are my vegetables absolutely insect-free, the deer, possums, and raccoons are not bothering them, either.

Not only that, as I sit here on the deck, I have not noticed a single mosquito, gnat, or insect of any kind.  That’s because my upside-down tomatoes have Repell-em strips on them, and also because I have a Repell-em tablecloth on my deck table.

I haven’t had to spray smelly, dangerous insecticides on anyone or anything this entire summer, nor have I had to light citronella candles or use any other kind of repellent.

Citronella is one of the 100% natural ingredients in Repell-em products, but combined with the lemon, mint, etc, the final product smells as good as an expensive candle.  Minus the heat and the danger!

Thank you, Repell-em, for making my summer the most pleasant one yet.  I can’t remember when I’ve been able to sit outside for so long without being driven insane by the bugs.  And it’s also nice to just reach out and grab a cherry tomato without having to wash off the insect repellent.  Next year, I’m going to put Repell-em strips on my rosebushes.

I love summer.  And thanks to Repell-em, I can enjoy it.

I love you, Repell-em!!!!

We eat outside a lot in the summer.  This used to be both wonderful and terrible; the wonderful part was being together and eating lots of great BBQ and corn on the cob, and playing volleyball with butter still dripping down our elbows.  The terrible part was dealing with the swarms and hordes of insects, that loved it when we ate out, too, and for all the same reasons.

Now, however, I use Repell-em tablecloths and Repell-em trash bags, both indoors and out.  We still have great BBQ and corn on the cob, and we still play volleyball with butter still dripping down our elbows.   What’s different this summer is the fact that we no longer have to deal with any insects.  Not a one.  Nope.  None.  Zip.  Zero.  NO BUGS!

Repell-em products really do what they promise they’ll do.  They do it well, too.

I can’t even imagine having a picnic without Repell-em products now.

Bonus?  Just cut one edge off your Repell-em tablecloth and cut it into segments.  Tie a segment of Repell-em around each person’s wrist and ankle, and send them off to play in the great summertime outdoors.  The bugs won’t bother them.

You’ve got Repell-em’s word on that.

DSCF2220Yesterday, my kids had a big Mentos Geyser/ bonfire/cookout in the back yard. It was going to rain at any second, all through the party, so they didn’t want to bother setting up the table. They also didn’t want to set the food on the bare deck floor because of the bugs.

Fortunately, I did have one Repell-em tablecloth still left from this summer of picnics and BBQ’s, so the kids folded it in half and spread it on the edge of the deck. They covered it with food and ate standing up. Or, in the case of Sara, sitting down!

Even though the air was sultry and humid, heavy with the rainstorm that was due any second, not one bug was found anywhere on the tablecloth or, by extension, on the food. Frustrated gnats and flies could be seen hovering a few feet over the tablecloth, but none touched down.

My family would simply not consider cooking or eating outside without a Repell-em product close at hand. If you use a Repell-em tablecloth, your food will be insect-free for the duration of your party, and I usually get at least three uses out of a single tablecloth. If you have a Repell-em trash bag outside for the disposables and garbage, you’ll not have a single insect crawling over your trash.

Sara, Nathen, Erin, and Monte can testify to that!

Oh, and by the way? They wiped off this tablecloth, let it dry, folded it, and we’re going to use it again next weekend. You just can’t DO that with most regular plastic picnic tablecloths; they’re far too flimsy. Repell-em tablecloths are thick and tough and they REALLY WORK!

It’s lovely to have a cookout and not have to worry about insects. It’s also nice not to have to sit around and smell the foul, strong odor of a typical spray insect repellent. Repell-em smells GOOD, and works better than any other insect repellent on the market today.

Oh, and the picture on this post?  It was part of the slideshow on my wireless picture frame five minutes after I took it.

Summer is so fleeting.  Have fun with it every chance you get!  The fewer bugs, the more fun.   The more fun, the more pictures you should be taking.

We’ve been invited to several outdoor barbecues this summer, and to every one I took my fairly famous potato salad and two Repell-em trash bags.

The potato salad was emptied in no time flat, but it’s the Repell-em trash bags that always steal the show.

Sometimes the men try to lure insects to the trash can, just to see them throw their tiny legs up in the air and scream “HELP” before running or flying away as fast as they can go.  The dogs run away from the trash bags, too.

Seriously, it happens!

So, if you’re giving an outdoor party or going to one, Repell-em trash bags are as important as the food, and sometimes even more appreciated.   I’d donate a Repell-em tablecloth, too, but I’m using mine.   And it works GREAT!
