City Trucks WILL Pick Up Trash in Repell-em Bags!
Posted in Blog contest, Helpful Hints, Outdoors, Product info, Repell-emI received an email from someone yesterday, wondering if Repell-em bags would be picked up by a city garbage truck, since red trash bags are a symbol of hazardous waste and hazardous waste must be picked up only by special workers.
Not to worry! Repell-em bags are red, yes, but they are translucent and not solid, as hazardous waste bags are. Also, hazardous waste bags are required by law to have “BioHazard” and other warnings printed on them.
In other words, Repell-em trash bags are perfectly safe, Repell-em trash bags are different enough from biohazard bags that anyone can tell the difference, and the city trucks WILL pick them up.

See the difference?
Thank you for your question. We here at Repell-em welcome your questions.
Does anybody else have a question? We’re listening!
P.S. Repell-em is planning to start manufacturing biohazard trash bags for hospitals, etc, soon.
