All about the Repell-em garbage bags and tablecloths

Leave it to 3 fishing buddies from North Whales to come up with what could be the eco-idea of the century. While trying to way to boost algae production on fish farms, Derek Palmer, Ian Houston, and John Jones may have just done more for the environment than anyone in the last twenty years. Their idea? A box that is able to turn car exhaust into fuel!! Dubbed the “Greenbox” the guys quickly formed Maes Anturio Limited and are now in the process of piling up backers to help put their amazing invention on the market.

The “Greenbox” works like this:

  1. As gas runs through your cars engine, fumes containing dangerous level of carbon dioxide and other chemicals are put out through the vehicles exhaust.
  2. The Greenbox attaches to the exhaust pipe and collects the fumes leaving only minor water vapor behind.
  3. While refueling the vehicle the box is removed and replaced with a fresh one.
  4. The box containing all the harmful gases produced by the car’s engine is then fed to algae
  5. The algae in turn is sent to a refinery and transformed into bio-fuel.

With a capture rate of close to 95% of car exhaust imagine what this could do for the environment. Each day all across the globe millions of vehicles sit for hours at a time idling while the traffic jam they are currently stuck in refuses to break. With each car producing it’s fair share of carbon dioxide it’s practically impossible to estimate the level of toxins pumped into our atmosphere daily. Plus it may even someday be able to work in association with your building heating/cooling systems.

While the secrets to the Greenbox are being shown to the likes of Toyota and GM, the guys are being extra careful not to tell what goes into making their revolutionary invention. After every demo, the box is broken down into three parts and given to each of its creators. The three then separate and hide the components in different areas of North Whales.
