I like to believe that I am SMART .... but we cannot be smart by just saying ... "look I am smart" ... we have to work on becoming smart and to do that .... we have to do smart things like looking for new smart products coming onto the market. Difficult chore? No not on all ... not for a smart person like me because I found, right here EcoSmartPlastics.

"Neighbour" I heard myself yelling today ...
"Have you heard of EcoSmartPlastics ?"

And there I saw .. the look in my neighbours eye .. the look that says ...
"Hey ! Neighbour" ... looking at me "You are smart because you are talking about Eco (smart stuff) .... Eco Plastics ... Smart Plastics"

And with a sheepish grin . ...my neighbour said to me :

"EcoSmart ? Tell me more" and so I share my EcoSmart knowledge with my neighbour ... and I see the look on my neighbours face .... the gosh she is smart because she uses eco friendly products in her home and that look makes me blush ... a friendly, smart blush of the smart.

And, as human nature goes ... my neighbour wants to be as smart as me and this is when my neighbour say .... teach me, please ... to be EcoSmart, ecoSmart as you and my oh my what a tough one this is to decide. Do I want my neighbor to be smart .. as EcoSmart as me ? Thinking ...

"Ma ... Mammmmmie" I hear a little voice yeling through my smart thoughts and in flash my 5 year old .. thinking he is just as smart as me because he has an ecoSmart cut into a smart coat of sorts ... place off for his head, place for hands ....

"Look Ma ... Mammiiiiiiieee... clever me has a new raincoat"

The smile on my proud sons face brings a bigger smile to my face ... because right there and then I realise ... its smart to want to look after this world for my son and by using EcoSmart plastic bags I dont have to want to believe I am smart .. I am smart .. really smart.

I love having biodegradable plastic bags as an option. Since my city instituted curbside recycling, I've tried to be extra-vigilant about recycling what I can, but I've also become more aware of the products that can't be recycled. In my house, this is mainly clingfilm and plastic bags. It's almost impossible to buy any fruits, vegetables, meat, or other unprepared food that doesn't come in plastic. I wonder if I could bring some of the dog cleanup sized bags to the grocery store and use them for my produce purchases instead of the plastic bags the store provides?

I'm so grateful when a creative soul comes up with something like EcoSmartPlastics! I have embraced the Green Movement for over ten years and have experienced a lot of concern about our future ...at first, I was doing "my little part". Now, I am educating every friend and stranger about PCB's and carcinogens. Thanks for this great contest!

My children are learning a lot about being green at school. I am so glad that they are being taught to save this earth at a young age.

Wow these trashbags keep a lot of animals and bugs away how neat.
I would have to get some of those trashbags because I had a racoon that got into my chimney and had babys in there. I had to call someone to come out and remove the whole family and take them to a safe place mean while it cost me about 600.00. They were so cute but I just could not see letting them live in the chimney.
The racoons get into my trash a lot I think they think it is a buffet. Partly my fault I am sure I hate food to go to waste so a lot of the time I through it out the back door knowing it will make some little critter happy. But that is different then tearing my trash out and leaving wrappers in my yard.
What about termites is there anything out there to get rid of termites they are try'n to eat my garage.

Our household has been green for years. I like that their bags are biodegradable. The ecosmartplastics is another chance to further educate the kids about the importance of recycling!

I love that the trash bags are 100% biodegradable! The product that is of most interest to me are the doggy poop bags!!! Right know I am using the grocery store plastic bags for Pluto's doodies, and I always wonder just how long they are sitting out there in a land fill. Thank you so much!

When my children were little I used cloth diapers. I couldn't stand the thought of leaving behind a mountain of disposable diapers long after they were grown. These bags would have been a great help then. As they got older I sent their lunches to school in reusable tupperware. Today my children are almost grown and we continue our green ways. They all walk or bike to school (college too). Buying and using biodegradeable plastic bags would be another way we can lessen our impact on the earth.
