You’ve waited a long time for this weekend. The weatherman started out calling for rain, but as if he knew what the next few days meant to you he changed his mind at the last minute. It’s a nice 75 degrees outside, not too hot not too cool. It took you a couple of hours walk to find the perfect spot just up from the creek. What a great day it’s been. The stars are shining in the clear sky above. The fire crackles as you roll the sleeping bag out exhausted from the day’s adventures of fishing and hiking. No tent for you. It’s too nice outside to spend the night looking up at a polyester ceiling. The taste of the smores still lingering in your mind like something from a dream. Things are right with the world. It’s just you, a couple of buddies, and Mother Nature. You take one last look at the fire just to make sure it will put itself out and then off to sleep. Then the there’s an itch on the tip of your nose. Maybe a little pin prick on your forehead. You’re half a sleep so it takes a minute or two to wake you up. There’s something flying around your face. Mosquitoes? Moths? Both? At this point you don’t care, you just want sleep. So you take the spray on repellent from your nap sack and spray a bit on your hands, rub it on your face. That will do the trick. Problem solved. For about half an hour. Then they are back. Looks like it’s going to be along night. Should of had a roll of Repel-em bags.
You may not know this, but Repel-em bags are so effective at warding off bugs and insects many campers have started using them for more than just trash can liners. The next time you get ready for the weekend camping trip, remember to take along Repell-em and try this nifty trick: Simply take one the bags, fold it flat, and tuck it under you pillow or next to your sleeping bag. Now have a good nights sleep and forget about those mosquitoes. Let the all-natural repellent in Repell-em bags work it’s magic. Oh and don’t worry about some type of chemical smell, Repell-em bags have a great smell that is very pleasing.
