All about the Repell-em garbage bags and tablecloths

CongAgra foods announced yesterday that they have found the source of the salmonella contamination that affected all jars of Peter Pan and Great Value brands of peanut butter made after October 2004. According to reports from CNN and Fox News the peanuts became contaminated due to a leaking roof and a faulty sprinkler system.

As a result of the tainted jars of peanut butter, 425 across the country became ill with the deadly disease. Salmonella is a deadly bacterium that causes severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headaches, dehydration, and fatigue. The effects can show up as early as within six hours and last a week.

If you think you may have been infected with this bacteria and would like to talk to someone from ConAgra Foods, here is a link to their website and press release.
