Repell-em’s president, Terry Feinberg, knows every inch and every step of Repell-em, and even though he’s the BIG BOSS, he’s happy to help a customer in any way. Just ask Marie Gagnon!
Repell-em reader Marie Gagnon was planning a large catered outdoor graduation party at a local park, and was concerned about the flies. She contacted Repell-em to see about ordering some tablecloths, but she only had a few days before her big party! She asked about overnight shipping, and was told that YES, WE CAN! And we DID! Terry was happy to help her with her order, and when Marie asked for her order’s tracking numbers and other information, Terry sent that to her, also. No problem whatsoever!
Marie then wrote to us to say that her party was very successful, and that the Repell-em tablecloths and trash bags were partially responsible for that success. After all, an outdoor party without insects would be a very nice outdoor party!
Marie was also very appreciative of the time Terry Feinberg spent with her, explaining about the product and encouraging her to ask questions which he was happy to answer.
Yes, when the BIG BOSS of a business still takes the time to help a customer out like Terry does, well, you just KNOW that’s a business that has its priorities straight.
