Set Your Trash Out The Night Before, With Repell-em Bags

Kids who lived in “the addition” got to ride the bus to school, while we town kids had to walk.
Mom’s neighborhood is full of elderly retired widows who hate to get up early. Consequently, on trash day, many of them end up chasing the garbage truck down the street, much like cartoon characters do.
Mom was telling me about this the other day, so I gave her several Repell-em trash bags for this week’s Trash Day: a few for her and some to share.
I’ll keep you posted about trash day in “the addition.” I told Mom that she could put her trash out the night before and it would still be intact in the morning. The wandering dogs that love trash day for its buffet possibilities won’t bother a Repell-em bag.
I have a feeling that on Trash Day in “The Addition” this week, a lot of old ladies are going to be able to put their trash out the night before, and sleep late the next day.
She’s also going to share the information that a little piece of Repell-em bag tucked discreetly in a window sill will keep the ladybug beetles away.
