		<description>Americans should be forced to recycle. I think it is rediculous to reward people for doing what they should have been doing in the first place. Like a child that will only do schoolwork if they get paid. In the end, it helps no one. If taxing the public is what it takes to get the lazy public up from their electronically heated chairs, then it should be done. Americans need to open their eyes to what they throw away.</description>
