All about the Repell-em garbage bags and tablecloths

In many areas, it’s time to get those winter clothes and coats out of the closet and onto our backs!

I packed all those things in Ecosmart Plastics and Repellem bags so I wouldn’t have to worry about moths, and when I unpacked them this weekend, I found them all to be in perfect condition.  Our winter coats, sweaters, heavy corduroys. . . all our winter things - all in great shape and none of them with that “musty” smell stored woolens often have.

Unless they’ve been packed and stored with Repellem, that is.

I also unpacked my Christmas tree skirt - it’s got wool in it, but since I rolled it up and wrapped it in a Repellem back last year, it’s in perfect condition, too.

Clothing stored in Repellem, or with a piece of Repellem, always come out, at the beginning of next season, in great shape.  I’ve been using Repellem for over six years now, and I’ve never had an exception to this.  No matter what you’re storing - clothing, blankets, holiday things - if you use Repellem in their storage, you’ll have a perfect product when you unwrap them again.

Don’t forget to put a fresh Ecosmart Plastics and Repellem bag under your tree skirt.  It keeps the bugs away, yes, but it also keeps your dog and cat from coming near your tree.

  • More than spring bulbs are waking up and presenting themselves for our approval; the bugs are making themselves known, too! I’m sure you’ve already noticed that bugs and spiders are awake and trying desperately to get where the easy food is: our homes.

It’s extra important in the springtime to be sure we don’t leave food out where it will only look like a large free buffet to ants, gnats, flies, roaches, and other lovely creatures we don’t invite into our houses; they gatecrash! But we can’t ever clean a house thoroughly enough to keep out the bugs; there is, however, an easy fix for the annual springtime insect invasion. EcoSmart Plastics and Repellem products.

As long as there’s a Repellem trash bag in every wastecan, a few strips of Repellem in every kitchen cabinet - don’t worry about your food, as Repellem products are 100% natural and completely harmless - you won’t have to worry about the bugs. Bugs will stay as far away from a Repellem house as possible.

    So will the spiders.

I used to have to take down and clean all the light fixtures in spring and summer, at least once a week, to dump out the dead bugs. Now, since I’ve used Repellem in my kitchen and in all the closets in the house, I never have to take down the light fixtures. I’m short, and it was a big annoying deal, and it’s so nice NOT to have to do that any more.

Let me sum up. Warm weather is here, or it’s coming soon (Depends on your location, of course) and if you spread the Repellem products around your house, you’ll never have to deal with bugs.

Oh, and those winter coats hanging in the closet, waiting for next winter? Just cover them with a Repellem trash bag and the moths won’t even know they’re there.

EcoSmart Plastics and Repellem products are the best on the market today. My house is proof. Prove it with your house, too.

  • It’s almost time to get those winter coats and warm sweaters out of storage!  If you packed them away in Ecosmart Plastics and Repellem bags, you’ll find that your winter woolens are clean, absolutely free of insects of any kind, and ready to wear in the snow and cold weather!

Now it’s time to pack away your summer things, and EcoSmart Plastics and Repellem bags are perfect for that, too! Just make sure all clothing is clean and completely dry before packing it away.  Put everything in Repellem bags, tie them off securely, and stuff ‘em under the bed or in the back of the closet, and don’t give them another thought.  No moths, spiders, mice, or any other pesky insect or rodent will even know they’re back there, because the 100% biodegradable, environmentally sound Ecosmart Plastics and Repellem bags are infused with natural ingredients that render them invisible and undetectable to almost all insects and animals!

In other words, your winter coats and clothing that have been packed away all summer in Repellem bags will be ready-to-wear, and your summer things will be safe and insect-free all winter long.

Using Repellem bags for storage is far safer than using mothballs or other chemicals to keep insects away from your woolens, too.  Your house and your small children are infinitely safer in an EcoSmart Plastics and Repellem household!

  • Spring is here, and it’s time to hang your heavy winter coats in the closet and forget about them until next winter!

Summer is also the season for moths and other insects that can damage your heavy woolens badly.  There are many ways to keep your winter clothing safe from insects, but most of these methods are expensive, smelly, and often downright dangerous!

Why not just slip a Repell-em trash bag over your winter coat before you hang it up for the summer?  Repell-em trash bags are fantastic suit-bags, for example; I’ve heard from many readers who cover their prom dresses with a Repell-em bag before hanging them away.

It’s also very effective to put a Repell-em bag over the top of folded sweaters before you store the box in the back of the closet or under the bed.

Clothing is expensive, and we certainly don’t want our hard-earned money devoured by moths, silverfish, and other cloth-loving little bugs.

With Repell-em in your closet, that just won’t EVER HAPPEN!
