This one comes completely out of left field and immediately when I saw I said “Why the heck did I not think about that!!” This just might be a million dollar idea if you could talk a city the size of New York into putting them all over the place. In case you skipped the title I’m talking about the Bubble Gum Bin invented by Anna Bullu’s. I don’t chew gum much anymore due to the fact that I tend to have some issues with it…ok I swallow it. I know it stays in your stomach for like 100 years, but I can’t help it. That and every time I go to chew a piece I think of all the times I’ve stepped in it on a hot summer day and had to scrounge for something to scrape it off with or worse sat down a restaurant table only to accidentally bump into someone’s 3 year old piece of Hubba Bubba they so kindly stuck under it. BLECH!!!
Bullus’s Gum Bin will hopefully revolutionize what people do with their old gum by giving them a place to put it other than sticking it to a wall or something. Now this is the cool part. The container is actually made from a mixture of used gum (cleaned and de-germ-a-fide of course) and a bio resin. Where does all the old gum go when the container is full? Check this out… THE WHOLE THING IS RECYCLED TO MAKE MORE GUM BINS!!! A bin for old gum made from bins of old gum. If that’s not a stroke of genius than what is? I mean how many products can be created from something, used to hold that something, and then can be magically transformed into more of the original product!!! Nothing else that’s what!!!
